Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges except in the unlikely event you received a damaged item. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please ensure it is within an appropriate time frame of 7 days post-delivery. Send us an email at info@lashlushesboutique.com with your order number as the subject line. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
